Milo Lately....

Milo is becoming more and more of a little boy, where did my baby go?  He is becoming more independent daily and wants to do everything himself.  He is 21 months and is saying more words everyday.  Some new ones are "this", "that", "moon", "blue" and "bowl".  He knows how to say almost all of the letters in the alphabet, but has a hard time with W, Q, and Y.  He can recognize all 26 letters and will try to say each one when you play with them.  He loves letters and has fun with his bath tub alphabet and our magnetic scrabble board.  He can point out a few colors, red, yellow, green, and blue.  He can actually say blue too which is fun.  He loves to help when we are cooking and is our shadow, he wants to do whatever we are doing.  He keeps us on our toes and we love him so much.

The other day I was getting ready for work when he hopped up on the bed and I found him like this....

He opened the IPAD right up and was trying to get to the Sesame Street Ebooks.

After we brush his teeth, he wants to do it himself, and he has to sit on the toilet and brush, just like Mom.

 If I am on the computer during his waking hours this is what I get....

 He can climb on anything.  The top of the table, any of the stools, the counter, or even the bathroom sink.....

We now keep his bathroom locked at all times.  The other day I jumped in the shower and Kevin was supposed to be watching him.  I got out and heard him grunting.  He was hanging off the sink, holding on just by the faucet, and Kevin was asleep.

I am going to certainly have my hands full in May!
